Payment, deliveries and returning

 
Payment

We have chosen to limit payment options in our webshop to bank payment for the moment.
How does this process work? You make your order as you want,
and then you select "on account" as your payment method.
You will receive a confirmation of order. After this we will contact you regarding the availability of articles
and/or if they need to be order and what the definitive transportation costs are.


After this you will receive our order confirmation, which shall be paid by you.
When payment is received, the order shall be sent, including the final invoice. 
Of course, you can decide to pick up the order, during business hours.

Return Policy

You can apply for a return via e-mail.
You will need to specify which articles you would like to return.
After this, you will receive a credit invoice and a return form for the articles you wish to send back.
Please make sure the articles are packaged properly and are sent back within 14 days with plenty of postage.
Returns that arrive after this period will not be processed.
If the postage is insufficient, Post NL will ask us to pay these costs.
This concerns administrative fees of € 4.95 and € 14.00 delivery costs for unstamped deliveries. These costs will find their way into the credit invoice.

Articles damaged during transport will not be accepted.
After delivery and inspection of the goods we will make sure the sum will be paid back within 14 days.
